We start with a consultation. At this time all the family members who are to be involved in the moving process should be present. We go over the information about the living facility into which your loved one will be moving. If this has not yet been decided, I can give some guidance about those facilities which are familiar to me.

We will then go room by room to discuss those possessions that are important to your loved one and which can be moved into the new home.

Then we will discuss all the points that are necessary to help facilitate the move and make it stress free.

At this point a decision can be made as to whether the family will continue the process or choose any of our services to move forward.
