You may want to keep some existing pieces of furniture, then add some accent pieces. With this plan you will see if and how they fit into your new home. It will also save money because you won't move anything you will not be able to use

Packing and Moving Arrangements
After helping you sort out what possesions you want to keep, want to give away and want to sell, we will arrange for packing and moving.

Cleaning and Handyman Arrangements
If the existing home is to be sold we will make sure everything is in the proper condition for a relator to come in and evaluate for sale.

Staging Your Home
Every knows that a home that is "move in ready" will attract the most buyers. Having been in the building industry merchandising model homes, I have the ideas necessary to attract those buyers.

Unpacking
Once I accompany the mover to be sure they set up your furniture according to the floor plan, I will begin a complete set up of your new home. This includes unpacking all boxes, hanging photos, organizing shelves and setting up your kitchen.

Window Treatment and Bedding Ensembles
To get my mother excited above moving into her new home, I helped her select colors and styles for her new window treatment and bedding ensemble. She had something new to look forward to and I felt she would be comfortable in her new, welcoming surroundings.
